At your discretion, you may provide them with additional advanced training so that they can better meet the needs of your practice.

Our legal assistants can be a valuable asset in practice areas as diverse as real estate, immigration law, bankruptcy, wills and estates, matrimonial and family law, and many others.

They provide helpful assistance with the preparation of legal documents, client communications, case management and recordkeeping, and even invoicing, accounting, and the collection of past-due balances.

Receptionists and assistants are assigned to you on a month-to-month basis, and can be retained by purchasers of any My Legal Software plan. MyLS fully screens all AssistMe personnel before recommending them to you. In addition, you will have the opportunity to interview the recommended receptionist or assistant to ensure they are a good fit.

The process takes 30-45 days. The process includes setup of My Legal Software, as well as training in its features; the installation of any IT, telecommunications, or network software or hardware you require; and finally, matching you with your Remote staffing solutions Legal Assistant.

Receptionists and assistants work 42 hours per week, with the exception of U.S. federal holidays. Their hours may be scheduled at your discretion to best fit the needs of your office. Arrangements can be made if you require additional hours of work.

If you are dissatisfied with your assistant, MyLS will replace them with 30 days notice. MyLS will also provide a temporary replacement assistant for the period required to find a full-time replacement.
